Its own encoder, measured: your game's frame rate doesn't move, and idle it uses next to nothing.
Clips stay on your PC
Ordinary MP4 files in your Videos folder. They play and upload anywhere. Nothing is uploaded for you.
Private by invite
Accounts need an invite. Each PC signs in with its own key, and you can see and end every session.
